Located on the third moon of New Centuria, Omicron Tau-Rho, the Hall of The Omicron Alliance is a collective project to provide a meeting place, hall of history and records, and a refuge for all members of The Omicron Alliance.
The Hall contains three main buildings:
- The Alliance Centre
A place for all officials of members of The Omicron Alliance to gather and discuss / debate all worldly issues.
- The Great Librarium
An astounding collection of almost all records and documents of importance throughout all written history of all Omicron Alliance planets. Here, documents such as census data and taxation records are open for all to access. Though, more sensitive data such as espionage intelligence is available to authorised personnel.
- The Hall of Refuge
A safe place where approved alliance members (including ordinary citizens) and some special-case foreigners can stay when escaping dangerous situations.
All three buildings are built in traditional Greek-like architecture with lots of Basalt as New Centuria's third moon is abundant in it, and surrounds a large quadrangle decorated with lush native evergreen plants and a small array of decorative fountains.
