Name: LouisCypher, also known as Ita by those who have known him longer, Tails by one and Bob by another. For undisclosed reasons.
Review Stars: Three gold.
Appearance: LouisCypher is about 1'65 meters tall, probably a bit taller but looks that way because he slouches a bit. His hair is black, and his eyes a dark brown, sometimes green. He wears the robes of the OGA, Order of Galactic Librarians, and the triangular hat that symbolizes his leading of the Order.
History: A newer member of the inter-galactic organization YWS, Louis has nonetheless tried to serve his community admirably, focusing particularly on Storybooks and their mechanics. He met the Fleet Coordinator Griffinkeeper some time ago and has since then struck an easy friendship, often looking up to the former, always eager to learn more of Storybooking Dynamics. He attends the courses whenever his duty as Head Librarian allows. He did not take part in the battles that crippled YWS some time previously, thus doesn't have a clear idea of the conflict.

Ship Type: standard transport
Appearance: Dark grey, rather boxy. Possesses a reinforced cargo hold, as all OGA ships. No weaponry, but high hull and shield points. Nothing elegant, nothing pretty, gets the job done. Not that Ita uses it often anyways.
History: It doesn't really have one. It was issued to him, he uses it when he needs to, preferably rarely.
