Here is how to use the Welcome Forum
Step 1: Post a thread indicating that you have arrived.
Step 2: Click the Thread Titled "Cadet Mission" in the Official Ops forum.
Step 3: Follow the instructions in that thread.
Step 4: Ask an officer to verify mission completion.
